I was nineteen on this day and had finished Air Force Basic Training and Tech School and was home in Milwaukee on leave before heading overseas. I watched everything you wrote about today, watched the Ice Bowl, watched the “Super Bowl “, got married, shipped out. It was the end of youth. Thanks for these great memories.
