I am probably late with this, but just in case you take a peek in here from time to time I thought I should mention that I did not receive an email about The Legend of Bo. Judging by the lack of comments here, I am guessing that others also did not receive an email. The emails are a nice bonus. If it is still an option to receive an email when you post something new, let me know if there is something I need to do on my end to re-activate this function.

[Congratulations on being vaccinated. I received my first Pfizer shot 16 days ago which means, if I understood the nurse correctly, that there is a 96% chance that I will live forever.]
I remember watching that game. It was the game of the week, advertising Bo vs. Deion in a battle pitting the two sport stars teams against one another. (Bo separated his shoulder diving for a ball hit by Deion) I was disappointed when he didn't come up for a 4th time, as I knew 4 consecutive was the record.
I was open mouthed when he came back and hit his 4th a month later on the first pitch. Amazing!
What a fine piece, Joe. I learned a lot here, and got to see my favorite Buck quote (about hearing the crack of great longball hitters). I’m sharing this as often as possible.
