One of the fun tricks fantasy sports pull on our brains is this: if you divide all players among 12 teams instead of 30 (or 32), you end up with the worst team in your fantasy league likely being better - from a talent perspective - than even the best teams in reality. However, well, someone has to finish last. So you look at the roster and go, "Hey, this is a pretty good team," but that's because you compare it to REAL teams. And in that case, you end up being right, even if you finish in last. But I still think I can understand the frustration!

The Trout HR / Angels wins stat is fine, but the Trout HR / RBI stat needs to be elevated to something like the Scooter or whatever other PosCast created statistical achievements (was there one for Tommy Pham?)

Either highest percentage of RBI where you drove in yourself or most homers with more self-RBI?

The 1990 Yankees had Kevin Maas (21 HR / 41 RBI) and Steve Balboni (17 HR / 34 RBI) but my personal favorite is Luis Medina who in 1988 hit 6 homers with 8 RBI for Cleveland, meaning he drove himself in 3 times as often as he drove in anyone else. Medina had 4 HR with 8 RBI the next year, then nothing in his last brief call up in 1991, giving him 10 HR / 16 RBI for his career.

Also Trout has scored 16 runs, so he’s driven himself in 4 more times than his teammates have.

Here are some other seasons I found with admittedly not-thorough research:

Drove in self as often as drove in others

Barry Bonds - 2003 Giants - 45 HR / 90 RBI

Rob Deer - 1992 Tigers - 32 HR / 64 RBI

Chris Hoiles - 1992 Orioles - 20 HR / 40 RBI

Drove in self more than drove in others

Chris Duncan - 2006 Cardinals - 22 HR / 43 RBI

Scott Hairston - 2008 Padres - 17 HR / 31 RBI

Wayne Gross - 1985 Orioles - 11 HR / 18 RBI

Randy Ruiz - 2009 Blue Jays - 10 HR / 17 RBI

David Ross - 2003 Dodgers - 10 HR / 18 RBI

Mike Hessman - 2008 Tigers - 5 HR / 7 RBI

Ramon Castro - 2003 Marlins - 5 HR / 7 RBI

Humberto Cota - 2003 Pirates - 5 HR / 8 RBI
