What's better than the excitement of waiting for "The Life and Afterlife of Harry Houdini"? Knowing you are getting money back before the book even hits the doorstep!! (OK, have to admit, I'm not sure the email subject should have led with "Great news!" when it's only eight cents being refunded. At the very least the exclamation point was a bit of overkill...)

I should be able to swing that, even if I have to wait until Christmas to open the inscribed copy from Rainy Day Books, per my wife’s strict instructions....
